Delivery policy
1. Delivery region

We can deliver to the appointed address within Singapore. For certain restricted locations, please provide us the permit to enter your premises!

2. Delivery method

We currently use our own logistics for delivery.

3. Delivery lead time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

We will try our best to fulfill your order within 2 business days from the date of your order. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Under circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the delivery lead time might be longer. We will have no responsibility or liability in relation to any loss, damage or expenses incurred in such an event. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Order less than S$ 50 will be charged a delivery fee of S$ 10 for all deliveries within Singapore.

Once the products leave our warehouse, shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

5. Delivery process

Standard packaging is used for all products. We will combine items from multiple orders into one package whenever possible.

Please indicate your preferred delivery timeslot in the checkout page when placing the order. Our delivery staff will contact you via messages approximately one or two hours prior to the indicated timeslot. We appreciate your prompt responses to our delivery staff.

Please arrive at the delivery location on time! Kindly check the products thoroughly (i.e. number of products, specification, faults, defects or damages) and sign the delivery notes. We will no longer be responsible for any loss, destruction after you sign the delivery notes.

If you are unable to accept the goods in person, we can provide you with a free re-delivery; however, a second re-delivery will incur a S$ 5 handling fee, and so on.

Return & Exchange policy

Please contact HAKKO’s Customer Support Division at sales@hakko.com.sg or at (065) 6748 2277 during regular business hours (8:30 – 17:30) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (Reference number) before returning the product to HAKKO.

Please prepare the following information when requesting a CASE number:

  • Customer number
  • Order number
  • Serial number of product (if applicable)
  • Reasons for return
  • Requested services: return/exchange
  • Condition of goods

Conditions for return/exchange

All returns/exchange must be NEW and must be in the original packaging, unless faulty. All returns/exchanges must be done within the 30-day return period. Failure to return a product within this return period will be deemed as an acceptance of the product.

Kindly return all products in the original state, including all original boxes with packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, invoice(s) and any other documentation included with the original shipment. CASE approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being in the same condition when delivered.

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to HAKKO’s premises for all products being returned. Products exchanged will be shipped by HAKKO to Customer, at HAKKO’s expense.

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being returned. Please fully insure the return shipment in case of loss or damage and use a carrier that provides proof of delivery such as UPS or FedEx. We will send a confirmation e-mail upon receiving the returned products.

All sales of special items are final. No cancellations or returns will be accepted after the order has been placed. Special items are defined as those items purchased from HAKKO through that are specified to be non-returnable during purchase, made-to-order, or are no longer supported due to discontinuation.

Return

Money will be returned to the original account within 15 calendar days.

Warranty policy

Hakko Products Pte Ltd warrants that all HAKKO products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, provided that no warranty shall apply to products that have been damaged, altered, abused, improperly installed and/or maintained, repaired after purchase, or have had their identification markings removed or altered in any way. No warranty shall apply to consumables (such as tips, nozzle, blades, metal parts, filters and the like). All warranties are not transferable.

HAKKO’s warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing any product determined to be defective. Replacements may include new or factory refurbished products. HAKKO reserves the right to inspect any product to determine whether such product has failed due to a defect in material or workmanship and all warranty claims must also comply with the PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS set forth below. Onsite labor costs are specifically excluded under this warranty.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy for any claimant. HAKKO shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages (including without limitation damages for loss of profit or business interruption) arising out of the use of inability to use any product.

All claimants must obtain a Reference number from HAKKO before any equipment is returned. Returns without a Case number will not be accepted. Each claimant is responsible for all shipping charges (to and from HAKKO) and any applicable taxes and/or duties. Proper information must be provided on all units that are being returned. No warranty shall be available to any person who is unable to show proof of purchase. Full compliance with these procedures lies solely with the claimant.
